Hello! For a project in my Data Analyst course Coder House I wanted to study the direct purchases of the Chilean Army. For this project, I wanted to apply a research perspective to public spending by analyzing purchase orders through direct dealing by the Chilean Armed Forces, covering the year 2024. My objective was to immerse myself in this large volume of records to structure them and discover what stories the numbers tell us about the acquisitions of the different defense institutions.

Working entirely in Excel, I was responsible for cleaning and merging the databases to then build pivot tables and an interactive dashboard. In this way, the project demonstrates how data analysis can be a key tool for bringing clarity to topics of public interest, transforming raw tables into a transparent and accessible narrative.
